Outside of counter battery fire Americans have plentiful recon and artillery strikes. Mechanized artillery and Time on Target will both easily kill an enemy howitzer. OKW have Stuka, it's a great counter unit against support weapons and emplacements like howitzers. OKW have good arty strikes too. In: COH2 Balance

Like if you go LefH and your opponent goes for an ML-20 you can kill him with counter-barrage but if your OKW then your just SoL. Give OKW some actual howitzers and counters and we can move from there. But yeah no artillery in bases is a good place to start. And what about muricans? In: COH2 Balance

Thread: USF munitions17 Jul 2015, 23:21 PM If you have a lot of muni it can be used in late game, like p47 bombing and different arty strikes with commanders. Also, if your opponent have a lot mgs you need to unlock grenades, smoke is a very nice option for flanking and covering your men or tanks. With grenades you will bleed muni faster. You can spend muni on bars or bazookas. In late game rifles need upgrades because they will face with lmg42 grens, obers, falshs etc. So save muni for upgrades for rifles. If you go airborne, you can spend muni on p47 and brownings or tompsons for paras. USF have a lot of ways to spend muni, they don't need any conversions. In: Strategy Desk

PTRS should be AT and not AI and it is now so they are perfectly fine! No man, guards were shit before their ptrs buff. Only blabberino of guards could do something to pz4. Panzershreck and bazooka are AT weapons, but ptrs is not. You just need to play more with them before ptrs buff. In: Lobby

Even sandbags were nerfed. So cons must have something for late game. Maybe with veterancy they are becoming to strelki, with grenades and svt. Maybe make a dp upgrade, three dps for 80 ammo or two dps for 60 ammo. So something need to be done. Relic, make non doctrinal for cons while we have time to test it. In: COH2 Gameplay
