Have you ever wondered why it never came back since? As there was supposed to be no following patches due to some relic internal stuff as far as I'm aware.
Its not a change you "just forget about".
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

And according to your logic, is even more susceptible to allied TDs, because now there is less armor for a bounce chance, less health to tank shots and no way to shoot back. According to you and others in the panther/allied TD thread, panther can't counter any allied TD, because they are always at greater range and always protected perfectly from all sides. So again, using your logic, what's smarter? Getting 2 cheaper units that are always at disadvantage or getting 2 more expensive ones that actually fight back? In: COH2 Balance |

steppes map still ignores being vetoed Veto doesn't guarantee removal of the map from your poll, it just makes it lowest priority by far. If you have 4 players and 4 maps and each player has a different map on veto, the game needs to happen on one of these maps. In: COH2 Bugs |

I didn't say its uncommon to happen, I've said that's not how this is supposed to work. And Panther is rather exceptional as there is no medium able to contest it, TDs are very much meant to fight and counter panther. In: COH2 Balance |
