The HE explosive shells are more damaging with ground attacks and many players do not utilize. Not to mention you have to switch shells between HE and AT. Umm, no, they are not, its pure observation bias. ISU has pretty significant scatter, so its pure RNG, it ain't brummbar where ground targeting helps anything, unless you're trying to hit blob on the move. In: COH2 Balance

It’s both AI and AT. Its significantly WORSE then single SU-85. "extremely capable" isn't a word to describe its AT capability. More like "supplemental". In: COH2 Balance

Panther should be a main battle tank with characteristic in between medium and heavy. Its armour should be lower. Tried this combo a few times with a friend and these conscripts crush Pgrens. (ofcourse you need airborne tactics & another one that has PPSH upgrade, but still) Ppsh do not take weapon slot, so no, its not a bug. In: COH2 Bugs

These howitzers don't operate in a vacuum. What rank is that "typically" at? No one sane goes for arty AND katy outside of bottom tier 4v4. No one sane also believes katy is of any use against tanks and werfer not, when werfer salvo is much more concentrated and penetration and deflection of both are the same. In: COH2 Balance

Its auto attack range is the exact same 80 any other mortar has. Its barrage is WHOOPING THREE SHELLS, which indeed have long range, but aren't exactly accurate, or on short cooldown. And Ofc it has higher AoE then leig, leig got heat seeking shells with almost pinpoint accuracy, pack howi actually has scatter. In: COH2 Balance
