They don't cost any pop (afaik), thus can be spammed, and are rather cheap (especially in teamgames) and enormously beneficial to the team-army. Any low micro repairs should be less(or halve) than the high(er) micro ones additionally I think each building able to deploy engineers should cost atleast 5 pop. In: COH2 Balance

Extra range to keep enemy infantry off the point and the reduced received damage gets your mortar(s) or Pwerfer enough time to kill enemy AT-guns. In: COH2 Gameplay

Mobile squads; more than 3 of the same Team weapons/arty pieces/tanks; more than 2 of the same Particuliary A-moving the squads/tanks togerther, easily recognized by the way they take up formation etc., emphasizes this. i.e. 2 HMG's, not facing the same way = covering your flanks // 3 HMG's, facing in 1 direction = blobbing, though I think there are a lot of 'ifs' involved, but this is my definition of the word when I'm using it.
