Not only its ineffective against anything bigger them Kubel a pair of them is much more expensive then ZIS-3 while providing absolutely NOTHING for the price. But it is not only M-42 problem. All low cost units got shitty performance and are not suitable for the game we have now as they were all made for the game that doesn't exist for 6 months at least now and never really readjusted, in some cases even nerfed. These units are: M-42 Partisans(all AI variants) Irregulars Osttruppen In: COH2 Balance

However, adding moving accuracy penalty and chance to garrisoned rifles die when vehicle blows up looks like reasonable change for me. There is moving accuracy penalty. Only thing left is to add a chance for units inside to die. And yea, outside of WC, the doctrine have nothing to offer over other doctrines. In: COH2 Balance

I would only add that PAK-43 could use the range increase since currently it is mostly useless. I wonder if the guys from Relic have read that... PaK43 could definitely go even as far as to 90 range.
