Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

You just had kubel buffed greatly both stationary and on the move, volks are more effective at range as well, you can still get early leig, flak HT also got a buff so escaping ZiS is now possible and on top of that wehrmacht not got a doctrine that lets you spawn strong infantry behind enemy lines for easy maxim flank/sniper kills, OKW could always do that. And sniper survivability matters only against other sniper. Remember that all german infantry have greater DPS then allied counterparts, which indirectly balances survivability out, so we have 1 man sniper quickly bleeding 6-5 man squads and 2 man sniper extremely slowly bleeding 4-6 man squads. Remember that OKW have now 4 man sniper with grenades and spring by default that can spawn anywhere on the map, how is that balanced in regards to sov sniper? Grass is not greener, snipers are fine. And who said anything about the stats? You know exactly where it will land and have much longer time to avoid it, because plane is slow, bombs take good 5 secs from plane to the ground. Its inferior enough in everything but a damage(that is still spread over the area and since its impossible to lock armor in place anymore) to warrant lower cost. In: COH2 Balance |

Durability, DPS, mobility, utility. Pick two and you have an infantry unit. AEs got DPS and utility. AGs got mobility and durability. There are exceptions, but not frequent and the exceptions usually got short end of the stick. In: COH2 Balance |
