Reading lesson of the day:
Luftwaffe Ground Forces Doctrine.
Which doesn't have one of the most potent plane based offmaps that grants free squad and can be used in FOW at all.
Wait again...
Maybe it's 'cause the Axis players aren't a bunch of forum crybabies, and they keep their cool and fight the uphill battle, unlike some of their "allied" counterparts.

What I don't really understand is why in the world didn't they give USF more comanders with powerfull air strikes (and especially AT air strikes). That would be so realistic and USF would answer better to strong german armor in late game. The reason is very simple, at the time of multiplayer, which is 44-45 Luftwaffe was at its prime, allies or soviets could not launch normal day attacks without heavy losses, this is why allies have berely any plane based off maps, while axis have plentiful with 2 exclusively luftwaffe oriented doctrines, it is also why all axis air strikes are more cost effective, maybe except SCAS vs P-47. Thread: Would a swap between T34/76 and T34/85 be good for the game?25 Sep 2014, 14:04 PM
There is no such thing as superior 76 AI gun. 34/85 does every single thing better, that includes AI. Also for people deluding themselves with relic doing anything major for soviets-just stop. Minor balance changes with complete dismissal of 80% of doctrines is all we can count on. In: COH2 Gameplay |

patch day its a good day. For some reason I can't share the enthusiasm anymore. Relic is simply introducing too much pure bullshit changes and new bugs recently, then for me coming patch is an omen of disaster, not improvement anymore. In: Lobby |

Why would they even include 3vs3 and 4vs4 in the game if they are not focusing on getting it balanced? For the same reason they included allies. Masochists also want to play games. In: COH2 Gameplay |

Well, all other armies plant mines on starting squad. USF needs doctrine for specific tier for it. That is my only problem. Thou I'd rather complain on how extremely boring USF "openings" are. In: COH2 Balance |

For me it would be enough if they had effective weapons. But I don't have delusions about where relic wants soviets to be(wide variety of ineffective gimmicky doctrines, cheeze or loose, ineffective stock army), so unless they will drop PQ off the balance team, the chances for buffing most underused and weak units are slim if none. the usf has the m20 mine, stop making the argument that it doesnt have a nondoctrinal mine when the m20 mine is extremely powerful and is a guaranteed engine destroyed or immobilized What if you don't go for T2? Its certainly a great mine, but USF teching isn't exactly linear. In: COH2 Balance |

15muni for huge penetration boost and 100% dmg bonus. Compared to DSHK 25muni for penetration boost only that gives it away by hovering a huge icon over its head. I've seen HMG42 and 34 kill with one-two bursts everything below T-70/stuart. I have yet to see DSHK bring down to 50% 222 in 2 bursts. I don't think incendiary ammo are op, they are fine, its DSHK that is severely underpowered despite being most expensive and most worthless HMG in game. In: COH2 Gameplay |
