But keep the same pen values for zooks to maintain asymmetric balance. Or decrease zooka cost to 50 and be done with USF. Now, for the soviets... no idea. Perhaps if PTRS could do some crits on deflection? Like temporary immobilization, turret block or vision block on deflecting hits with 20% frequency? That alone would go a long way to making player not molo their own troops so they drop PTRS to be useful and its not like PTRS gunners weren't trained to shoot to cripple the tank. It could be even lower chance against heavies, but it would be a start, unique distinction and would make the weapon actually somewhat demand-able past 6th minute. In: COH2 Balance

Hes cutting 200 MP for 50 fuel. He could of spent that 200 mp on a cache or a unit. You need 18 minutes to get the fuel/muni worth out of cache. How is getting that amount for exact same price over 1 minute not infinitely better again? That is instant Luchs for OKW. These drops are batshit op when used for OKW to pick, but otherwise I find them fine. In: COH2 Gameplay

Partisans, literally hobos that were unfit for military service in the first place. So you have nothing against not changing their stats and giving them cost of 100mp? After all they are just hobos, why would they be more expensive even then combat engineers who, after all are trained soldiers? Yes, this game is not about realism, but it should keep immersion. The moment Civilians with stolen weapons can go toe on toe with war hardened, trained veteran troops the immersion completely breaks. We're talking a game where Luchs can take direct, penetrating hit from ISU-152 and live. Like people already mentioned, their role is to disturb and harass behind the lines. This is what they do currently, so they are fine. Another "we want elite infantry spawning in houses too" thread. I don't mind, but relic should then implement new units (will seem never to happen unfortunately) to keep the immersion. So is the role of falls, sturms and JLI. Yet they can fight on their own. Partisans need a change, you have not presented a single valid argument why a completely useless, underperforming unit should not be buffed. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Partisans are utter garbage21 Dec 2014, 12:49 PM ^Compare accuracy on the move and comparing the number of models aka survivability and cost and we have a picture for underpowered, overpriced unit. LMG partisans are 2nd after guards in long range DPS(in soviet faction) because only guards are able to do any long range DPS. Comparing it to all weapons, they are rock bottom. Osttruppen in cover do more long range DPS then partisans with LMGs and that says something. In: COH2 Balance
