And OP couldn't pen it with 2 with ability that increases pen even more at close range on rear armor? I believe OP was so bad at the game that its actually good to have him go. You are posting a replay as backup to your claim, but when someone explains to you what happened there and why it ended up like this you suddenly do not want to discuss it and think its not on the subject? Are you an utter idiot? The game ended up like it did because of micro mistakes and no focus fire. EZ8 is not a panther and its 2nd most expensive medium tank in game. It costs 30 fuel less then panther, have 50% less penetration, 50% less armor, 25% less range, 25% less HP and is doctrinal. Its USF equivalent of panther/tiger tier tank and the only alternative to spamming jacksons and normal shermans. There is nothing wrong with its cost and performance. In: Scrap Yard

While the more competitive players might be able to easily transition to a lot of new changes(especially those in the alpha of actually played with them), do remember the majority of CoH2 players haven't played with the changes at all. Believe me, the incoming changes are severe enough, that if relic doesn't plan on implementing them for the next 2 years, it WILL be a huge shock to the players and limiting heavies is rather a minor inconvenience in comparison to what is to come. I would say that this is the issue that is the cause of actual disappointment: Relic simply believes we can't take all the changes at once. They want to flip the game upside down and make it into something awesome, but we can't have it, because apparently we're too stupid to relearn it all at once. In: Lobby

Same line was used when JT and ele was at its OP prime. Jackson is still extremely vulnerable to ATGs and people still cry OP for some reason. "Glass Cannon" typically refers to something that is geared towards putting out a lot of punishment while not being able to take much itself due to various factors such as poor durability or risky nature of use, the Jackson and StuG III are an example of this. T-70 is glass cannon. USF, OKW and now sov AA HTs are glass cannons. KV-2 is glass cannon(compared to other units of its tier). Pack Howi is glass cannon. StuG is as durable as any other medium tank and takes exactly the same 4 shots any other medium vehicle does, the only things its not as durable against as any other medium are: -Pshrecks -Bazooka -PTRS -M-42 AT gun -SU-76 Where it takes ONE shot less to be destroyed(except PTRS, where its 2 shots). Against literally any other weapon in game-its as durable as any other medium vehicle. In: COH2 Gameplay

You can overcome it with doctrine choice as its supplemental and not strat defining for ost. Spotting scopes say hi. Also, jackso always did ok without any self spotting, so as you can clearly see, its not mandatory in any way and I definitely would NOT put it above ability to stun and easily kill the tank. You can bypass StuGs disadvantage, you can't do anything about SU-85 performance. Is that a weaker ability? Like any other TD, it will be hardcountered by cheaper units. As long as SU-85 isn't OP, nor should be the Stug. SU-85, jackson or JP4 can't disable the target, securing the kill and don't vet like mad. StuG will. If SU-85 had TWP instead of focused sight and loltracking, the cries of OP would never end. StuG changes were implemented with some other changes on mind as well, so we're getting only half of the balance here. In contrast of that, there is quite high probability that StuGs will be OP, just like T34/85 might be perceived because only half of the call-in changes made it to the current patch.
