The PTRS's are fine as they are. Whenever i'm up against Guard Infantry, I always have to be careful with my vehicles or the Guards will completely destroy them. Good range, good damage and fairly cheap; if anything, the PTRS should nerfed since it's ridiculously good for the price. Even in the hands of Conscripts, the PTRS's are extremely potent.

Ugh the handicapped economy thing again. Hasnt this been shown time and again as really no handicap or do we need to go over that again. Handicapped versus call in spam maybe and even then less then most people make out (not counting the base sector 100% fuel and the starting fuel price and the cheap teching and then finally the late game trade for Muni to fuel or fuel to muni) And yes it will change things. Obers are and have been downright stupidly overpowered. They are like Shreks a no brainer 95% Guarantee to be in every game and every time perform better and get more kills then even a whole infantry blob at times. They are far too potent. They need to be adjusted. Even if they increase other units DPS if they for example turn out to break OKW. I even like the Kappatch that simply reduced the LMG and buffed the Kar98 resulting in the same squad DPS. This made them less rapid fire sniper rifles. In: COH2 Balance |

I dont know if the greater community is suffering from this but ever since the December release I have noticed that while playing comp stomps, watching replays, or being in observer mode I constantly get disconnected from the Battle server and need to click the reconnect button. Sometimes even while I am observing a long game causing me to have to leave the game and rejoin. Call me Paranoid but I suspect Relic did "Something" to stop people from farming warspoils or there is a stability issue. In: COH2 Bugs |

Justifying an OP unit because you feel the faction as a whole is weak doesn't stop the unit from being OP. This is like saying THEY CAN NEVER NERF THE CALL IN META BECAUSE SOVIET TECH IS TERRIBLE!!!! No you fix the weaknesses in other areas then you adjust the units that over-perform. Its not brain surgery... Obers counter Infantry even vet infantry 2 to 1 and sometimes more depending on their vet, cover and RNG. Obers counter sniper. Obers counter MGs frontally 1v1. Obers counter light vehicles (M3/M20/WC51 even loaded with Rifles). If an Ober loses his LMG and the MAJOR of all units picks it up the MAJOR will be the nastiest unit on the field besides the Obers themselves. Its hilariously broken. RUN OMG ITS A MAJOR WITH THE LMG FROM THE YEAR 2040 KILLING ALL THE NAZIS ON THE BATTLEFIELD SOLO!!!! lol In: COH2 Balance |

I agree. Ostheers early game is weak unless you mix in Snipers or Mortars. But Snipers are high risk and Mortars are RNG. Both of them Bleed USF early and USF has no early response to them. But even then its not ideal imho. I agree with the Jackson Penetration buff I really think this would fix the late game issue USF has against heavies. It it can Pen more then it bounces then it can get vet quicker and therefore be a better TD. Even if they need to lower the damage per shot and make the reload faster. Tackling an Ostheer defensive line is easier with the USF by far then with the Soviets due to plenty of smoke/offmaps and the Scott actually being useful. But then the Soviets would need to be looked at as well (after the fix to world of callins). In: COH2 Balance |

Let's not forget the "We're bleeding like a stuffed pig!" line. I think that pops up at 50 or 25 points remaining. It's supposed to be "bleeding like a STUCK pig". Bleeding like a stuffed pig is actually a very common way to say it wrong. Most folks in the US I know use it that way. Morphology! Now in 1944 they were probably using Stuck Pig which is correct. I dont know if this is a bug more then a WTF in the English version...but often times the Voice actor will say We HAS when he should say We HAVE when playing USF. Its not game breaking but pretty WTF for a game made by English speaking folks... Can I has a Cheezburger? is pretty funny and all but not good in a WW2 game... In: COH2 Bugs |
