Can you launch the game and try searching for an automatch game, then after it failed use the Exit to Windows button to close the game properly. Go to \Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes 2\ and grab your warnings.log file for me please. I will get someone to look and see if there is any additional info in there that may help.
