The Conscript PPSh movement penalty is about average, the G43's is better than other semi-autos and even SMG's. It was on response of the SVT vs PPSH comparison. They have almost double DPS at far range. In comparison, a bit better than a Kar. Nevertheless theres little point on upgrading them unless you float munition, you want "cool" G43 and you use nonstop interrogation. In: COH2 Gameplay

NKVD: replace one of it's abilities with the commissar. Defensive commander: include the old beta barbwire (with a muni cost if needed) on the first slot. Make them build faster defenses. On other cases, it's a matter of fixing some units rather the commander itslef. Mechanized groups: make them arrive at 2CP. For being turretless clowncars they arrive too late.
