Think whatever you want, it worked before as well as now! Watch some of the matches streamed by casters where I used this PRE-PATCH.
Edit: actually, as a proof of this. You can clearly see point 5 in "cons". That says "5. Hard to play" Im not sure how hard it is to play after patch, prolly should had changed that. It might be mediocre because of no OP tanks. But you get PTRS, which is so good that it's really not super hard to play - it was harder without the PTRS-OP-Buff
