Excelent mod my friends!! Played it for several hours now and Im not getting bored! Gotta say that you float a shit ton of fuel unless you play hdk(the okw faction) though. Everything else: briliant! passchendaele map fits perfect. I recommend downloading ostheims ww1 trenches as well, fairly small and simple map but nice trench system and slow gameplay. hope to see more maps etc soon guys!

The fact of the matter is COH2 has very little strategic depth because there are no unit upgrades that you apply to a unit that cost fuel or MP, they are all munition based.

If you could spend fuel and MP to make your units better then you would see less spam/blobbing because it would allow you to do more with a smaller force rather than just spending it all on MORE units.

USF AA HT is EXCELLENT at shooting down Ost planes. They drop like flies.

The Sov quad is half decent, but both of them are rarely if ever used to their AA role.

IMO all the calls for CAS to be nerfed are unwarranted. It's only really viable in team games, and it's a welcome change from heavy call-in tank commanders.

Anyone who thinks the AT strafe is OP needs to play a few games using CAS - they will soon realise just how small the area, and how easily avoided the AT strafe is. THE AA strafe is also not really a big problem. All it really does is punishes blobbing, and it only pins for a short time, no real damage to speak of. Easily avoided with micro.
