Thread: [Game Mode] Attrition4 Nov 2014, 16:20 PM I like this mode, but some abilites and units need some tweaking. For Instance the Tiger Ace. Since there is no resource income, the Tiger ace is totally unbalanced. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Time to buff the German sniper?3 Nov 2014, 08:47 AM Jump back to quoted post3 Nov 2014, 02:08 AMVaz then I think it comes out of balance when their fire rates are taken into account. Not when we take squad sizes into account. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Time to buff the German sniper?2 Nov 2014, 22:36 PM A healt buff or cost reduction would be fair, the soviet one takes twice as much damage and has the same relative damage output. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Performance hit? Again?30 Oct 2014, 14:08 PM Lower ur graphic settings slightly, worked for me and i don't see any difference in grapgics. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Do Tigers really need Blitzkrieg?19 Aug 2014, 13:09 PM Do Tigers really need Blitzkrieg? Given the fact the Tiger is slower than the IS2 and has 20% less armor resulting in a overall lower survivability, i would say yes. Have problems with Blitzkrieg Tigers rushing your su85s? Place mines! In: COH2 Balance
Thread: The Usf's need for elite infrantry14 Aug 2014, 17:03 PM Jump back to quoted post14 Aug 2014, 03:24 AMJadame! I believe rangers would be added at some point, but thats is. Playing USF means playing rifles. If you want shocks play soviets. Or equip Airbornes with Thompsons -> strongest cqc Squad ingame. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Easy Eight14 Aug 2014, 16:58 PM Jump back to quoted post14 Aug 2014, 14:09 PMJaigen once again their are more statistics then just reload. dps wise they are around the same and its possible for the p4 to lose against the t-34 dps wise the p4 is better than the Ez8 due to ~ 1 sec faster reload. If Rng is on your side and all shots of the p4 penetrate (~50% chance front armor, 100% rear armor) p4 will win. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Easy Eight14 Aug 2014, 13:33 PM yes kv1 and t34 use the same gun. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Easy Eight14 Aug 2014, 12:53 PM Jump back to quoted post14 Aug 2014, 06:53 AMAchtAchter The panzer 4 usually survives a direct engagement against a t34 with about 20 %. Taken into account that it costs 25 % more fuel I think the balance with these units is fine. The t34 has still the better ai capabilities. 20% ???? The p4 has better armor and better penetration, so the chance to win against a t34/76 is higher than 50%. Additionally the T 34/76 has WORSE AI, becuase it has slightly more scatter and a slightly worse AoE profile than the p4, but the same average reload time and no pintle HMG + German hull and coxial hmgs deal almost 100% more dmg than soviet ones. Which is all okay from my point of view since soviets have bigger squads. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: Easy Eight13 Aug 2014, 21:05 PM Jump back to quoted post13 Aug 2014, 16:28 PMAerohank Probably because the call-in system has not changed ever and the only statements made on the subject have been in the line of "we want to keep no-tech call-ins a viable strategy". Call Ins used to be tech bound in the alpha/closed beta of coh2. But some genius people didn't like it and now we have to live with this legacy In: COH2 Balance
