They represent non-elite Grens, they can't cost more then Grens. It's not the design intent that Volks are elite and expensive. They are relatively cheap frontline dudes, and it should stay that way! Having two, or even three Sturmoffizer / Command panther / Commmand P4, does the aura buff stack?
