What about sharing the vet systems with the sibling armies? or justifying it historically (like so many systems?)

So for example soviet troops were untrained, so combat experience is more valuable, ergo they can gain more veterency.

Or perhaps because the germans are better trained and/or have fought on multiple fronts, their armies (both ost and OKW) can get 5 stars (to represent the breadth of experience).

I wouldn't mind seeing one other faction get the 5 star system - either the soviets or Ostheer. I actually think it would be a really nice boost to Ostheer.

Duplicates exist so you don't get everything you can unlock in 5 days. If you, for example, have all the vanilla CoH2 content, and duplicates didn't exist, you'd get all the unlockable WFA items in a few days.

If you properly read my post, you clearly see I don't ask for removal of duplicates or why they exist. I ask what the intention for them is (and I know there are intentions) and when they will be a reality.

The system at the moment is 0 value, and will continue to be for people with 3+ copies of a single object. I am sure that is not working as intended.

They are very fair, simple questions based on observations made of today's blog.

I think its a fantastic step to offer them for sale, even if I disagree with the premise (the original races had at least 6 commanders themselves BEFORE paid DLC made it in).

No it couldn't. If they stopped duplicates the drop rate for "real" war spoils would be increased 10 fold, if my understanding of the system is correct.

I agree it would help, but progression would be even slower than it is now.

I think Relic have completely forgotten the old level system and are letting "pay 2 win" dominate their thoughts. They seems to have copy-catted Diablo 3, without learning any of the lessons Blizzard have - grinding isn't fun, and people want instant gratification.

I also agree that if this is their approach, all the current commanders should be removed from the store. Their approach so far is shocking.

It also concerns me that they want us on this loot treadmill forever. They don't want us to have "everything". Which is even more upsetting for a completionist like me.

Pay 2 win was one thing because if you wanted, you could spring the stupid price of a commander (which was too high) and get one yourself.

Now imagine loading into a 1v1 and seeing your opinion has 3 blue rimmed special unique WFA commanders. Your going to fucking flip out. I know I would.

So you're saying a doctrine which literally has nothing else going for it apart from refunding the cost of bought tanks has artillery that is overpowered?

If you nerf this, what does the doctrine have left to counter Heavy Axis armour?

Even Recon Run is redundant with the major's recon ability.

There's no point in a warning if there's no time to react.

The crew was stunned. It was very clever play and good use of stunning. Rarely do you see a display of such skill.
