Thread: G43 & STG4411 Dec 2015, 04:46 AM Grens get STGs? Since when? G43s are meant to be used for on the move assaults, since they fire on the move. They improve short to mid a decent amount. LMGs are fairly good at all ranges but require the squad to be static. If youve got a few gren squads and G43s in your doctrine, just mix them up for flexibility. In: Ostheer Strategies

Just like comparing a T34/76 "medium" tank to a "medium" Panther when one has much higher armour and a better AT gun. Also on topic, OKW P4s are fine. They get skirts at vet 0, benefit stupidly from stacking armour bulletins, and have a moderately good gun. In: COH2 Balance

In fact, I ask someone who plays 1v1 to get to the top of the 4v4 ladder, with a picture of a scarecrow to show that it doesn't matter at all, because the strength or weakness of an argument does not rely on who speaks the argument. Instead, you post a playercard of someone who isn't top 1v1, and who simultaneously isn't top 4v4 either. Except hes top 3v3 in an arranged team with me... Thats the whole point. Two good players and one terrible player made it to the top of the 3v3 ladder. So, I've been simultaneously top of the 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 ladder at some point in the game. Strawman or not, the point you made earlier about 3s and 4s requiring "skill" that you have yet to define is still in contest, as proven by this photo. In: COH2 Balance

Yeah, 1:1 isn't really true. I'm more just saying that the fuel penalty was superficial. In: COH2 Gameplay

Yeah thats not really my point though, its more that the fuel penalty for OKW really just meant the tanks costed more fuel when you consider the "true" resource cost to be what other factions pay. The faction is still different, its just funny that all this could have been accomplished by not removing the fuel penalty, which really was just multiplying numbers and costs. In: COH2 Gameplay
