Good patch and awesome that the langreskaya is in.
Unit command delay fix is fantastic. I hated it when my units just waited a while before moving away from nade/molotov. What does 1 frame mean? 1 frame at 60fps will be 0.01666666 seconds which is almost nothing, while 1 frame at 20fps will be 0.05 seconds which is still really quick.. Wonder how it will play out, and how much shorter the effective delay will be in game?
I am concerned that they buffed the t70. Quick T70 was already hard to counter with T2 pgrens and paks, and now the t70 will snipe them even better. Pak's accuracy will still be shite vs the t70.
T34-85 buff to scatter is good, p4 nerf is not bad but hopefuilly they didnt nerf it too hard? They left out the su85's insanely small scatter

They did bring riegels to 1 cp, so maybe this will be a more viable counter to su85's now...
The stug's buff is great, it means it will be more surviveable/harder to hit. Would have liked its range buffed instead..

HTD nerf was more than warranted. Strafe nerf we will have to see how that pans out in play, but it was being abused so its good they looked at it.
What I wonder about is wether the scatter ratio's also increase effectiveness vs tanks? It seems to me like less scatter = better chance to hit target, regardless of what the target is. i.e. the Tiger and IS-2 will now be better vs Tanks and better vs infantry, while the p4 will be worse vs everything?
Unit pathing fix - Great! Will see in game but this is potentially a game changer. Light vehicles should especially not get stuck so often, as they have to be microe'd out of the missile lock at nade/fausts.
