Easily one of the best/most fun/most intense 2v2s that I've ever played. Major props to Jamin and CaptainPrice for giving us such a crazy game. So many clutch plays by both sides. Non-stop action, insane tank battles, simply epic.
GG WP Jamin and Price, definitely hope to meet you guys again on the battlefield!
A lot of games these days require the completion of a tutorial mode before you can play other modes. Normally these annoy me since I've been gaming all of my life and generally do my research before starting a new game anyways - but I can see the value and reasoning behind it.
I think it would be pretty low on the priority list though.
I think an "offensive" GG is fine if the game is obviously finished - say in the case of <25 VPs and holding all three VP points. Generally I'll accompany it with well played so that (hopefully) people know that I'm being sincere.
But yes, in general, it is better etiquette to allow the losing side to type gg first.
Feels like it would take away one of their biggest early game advantages - the extra territory that you're able to control with the extra capping power. I guess they still cap quicker, sort of, because you can cap 6 points at once and cut down on travel time. But it doesn't seem like it'd be crazy significantly faster than just capping with Grens. Might be a needed nerf though - at least early game.
GG Ivan, always a pleasure competing against you to clarify - it was requested that the replays be uploaded so I don't want you or anyone to take it as a brag upload. I'm pretty sure out of all the times we've played, Ivan has won more.
Second game of myself and Raz against Ivan and Andy. I decided to play Assault Grenadiers again because they worked so well in the first game, and because I had just bought the commander the previous night, so it was a nice change of pace. We won the early game once again and chose to transition into a quick P4 + Ostwind combo, which feels like a very strong transition out of the assault gren opening.
Fun game against some quality opponents. Always enjoy playing against Ivan. Nothing too special about the game in my opinion, but I feel like it showcases good early game use of Assault Grenadiers on my part, as well as a solid transition at a proper timing.
