Users here give Nullist a lot of crap for his playtime, but in reality he has more knowledge about the game than most of the users hating on him. Yes, he has a low amount of played games, but you can tell that he keeps up to date due to the amount of knowledge he posses about the game. I don't know how, but perhaps he watches a lot of casts or has a second account to play (like me). Or maybe he likes procrastinating at work like me and that's why he has a lot of posts.
Also, many of you guys call him a german fanboy, but in reality he suggested a lot of changes that Relic implemented during closed beta and 500 player exclusive stress test, which significantly buffed balanced the soviet faction again.
-Remember the ridiculous over-powered panthers during the closed beta and they got righteously fixed without a over-nerf. You know who proposed that idea, Nullist, even though german players (even Dane) thought they were balanced.
Remember the whole call in unit change, remember who kept recommending it? That's right Nullist also Marcus... which significantly fixed Soviet's teching system and made their doctrines actually useful.
Remember who was concerned with Maxim spam at the time before they were abused and that period where molotovs were overpowered (Molotov Opness only occured in the 500 player beta)... That's right Nullist.
I can go on, and he had good points defending himself as well.
You guys give him a lot of crap, even though he is the top 5 users who influenced Relic's balance changes during the beta. Also unlike other users, he doesn't suggest overkill nerfs. Yes, he does occasionally bring up player's ladder, but that's because he wants to see players most played game type since 4 vs 4 will never be balanced.
Back to the topic. I would like to see the T34-85 lose some of its anti-infantry damage and compensate it by making it better at anti-tank. Basically give it Piercing shells instead of explosive shells and then make it's fuel cheaper. Make it's reload time faster and make it a bit faster in speed. I like Nullist's idea but Relic said they will never implement that. |

To be honest going Tier 1 is risky move, since players who tend to use assault grens rush Tier 2 now. This allows them to rush a scout car to destroy any clown cars, which destroys the purpose of T1. My advice is if you go Tier 1, you need the doctrinal at gun or guards on the field and even this is unreliable because they can get a scout car before you reach 1 cp. Going Tier 1 can make the player very vulnerable, also going T2 isn't that bad. The german player most likely skips T1 so this allows maxims and motors dominate the field. Plus you have a reliable at gun as well. |
Molotovs don't work all the time,this is weird...sometimes they burn extremely well and ALMOST kills the crew and sometimes the guy just stays there in flames and doesn't loose any member of the crew

in that case i disagree, you are enforcing a rock paper scissor gameplay. were one player picks a commander and the other has to activate its counter. in a future 1000 commander model for coh2 this wont work.
This.. I remember, when ever I played as panzer elite, I waited for the Brit to select royal engineers, the game would be over quickly since I can go tank destroyer tactics and counter every special ability he had. |

make them like volks. 240 manpower. except leader gets g43 and squad gets k98. with the upgrade option for 50 muni to get mp40's and leader gets stg44.
I don't think that's a good idea, that would make them completely better than grenadiers except they don't have a panzerfaust. Relic intended the Agrens to have less firepower but more survivalist unit so german players can skip t1, but they really didn't test the unit. |
I don't agree since they already take 25-26 population. And the reason it was one per battlefield in coh1 was you bought them through manpower only. |

Like ostruppen they cant kill stuf then cant do shit just die and crew weapons , hate this stuf . while sov gets nice shockstroops etc...
-facedesk- Ostruppen are there for reinforcing that's why they are 120 mp, the ostruppen doctrine is there for defensive play.

Here are my thoughts; With hit the deck, the Mg is actually perfect and effective if used correctly. Perhaps they should increase the suppression by 10 percent. Then they should change Hit the Deck bonus by gaining veterancy 15 percent faster. This way the suppresion won't stack, and will remain balanced. For now, just use hit the deck, which I know sucks but soviets had to deal with the same thing when the maxim was unusable. |
