New post editor
Partially based on the old editor. Mostly re-written.
- New BBCodes for table, table row, table cell
- New buttons: H3, Stroke, Image Link, Replay, table
Fixed embedded twitch video players
Improved emoticon and flag dropdown menus (you can now see the images instead of text)
