The maps that often get vetoed should get pushed off the map rotation and moved to back until the issues have been fixed and the map is ready for a test run again.
To accomplish per-team capture-able map entry point, I think you'll need a dummy territory point for handling the map entry point sector and ownership. This dummy territory point should not give any resources.
Perhaps territory_point_command acts like this?
Another good bet would be any of the *_invisible ones. (not control structure from campaign folder though)
Then, set this dummy territory ownership to the team you want to be able to use it. This territory sector can be as small as (1 * 1) meters. Make sure to place the map entry point over this territory sector. The map entry point should pick the owner from the territory it currently is so it's a good way to check whether or not the map entry point is placed in the correct sector. If I remember correctly this happens in a map save process.
Now, when ever you have connected territory supply line to this dummy sector via the actual sector, it will serve as a map entry point for the team specified in the WorldBuilder, by setting the owner of the dummy sector.
NOT a traditional CTF with team flags. Instead, several, often two, neutral flags are placed in the map on a neutral territory.
The team that brings a flag to their base 10 times wins.
A flag drops when:
Flag carrier squad uses the drop flag ability (5 second timer) (Looks like radio antenna. Click again to cancel)
Flag carrier squad dies
Flag carrier squad retreats
When a flag is dropped, it will retain its position by spawning where it dropped
When a flag is scored, it will spawn to its original position
Small radius around the flag is revealed during the flag is not captured
Players can see the flag carrier icon through fog of war, thus being able to hunt down the enemy flag
A squad carrying the flag gets penalties:
Decreased movement speed
Increased vulnerability
Unable to garrison in vehicles
Flag carrier squad disables garrisonable vehicles near by (Currently there is no other way to do iths)
Flag carrier squad disables capturable vehicles (abandoned) near by (there's currently no other way to do this)
Both disabled garrisonable vehicles and disabled capturable (abandoned) vehicles will recover their abilities once the flag carrier is far enough. Flag carrier only disables player's own vehicles and all neutral capturable (abandoned) vehicles.
Players are noted with alerts when a flag changes its status
Only for PvP
Does not support mixed teams (allies vs allies, axis vs allies)
