Playing in 2v2,3v3 or 4v4 is quite a different experience. You can play against guys you would stomp in 1v1 and they will tool you in a multi-player game.
Gotta give those basic match players from COH 1 some respect
This forum is ridiculously negative. TS makes a complaint. Then argues with people who respond.
If you have a specific balance issue mention it and suggest a change. Maybe even provide a replay illustrating it. I haven't had a problem with Osteer MG's.
Here's a news flash people - COH 2 ISN'T COH 1. ITS A DIFFERENT GAME.
Learn to play it. Don't just do what worked in CoH 1.
Most Soviets start off Tier 1 (in my experience), when I do this I only go Tier 3 if I have had fuel dominance (which is often the case when using the M3A1 Scout Car) because I need to be sure I have at LEAST a T-70 and a T-34 out by the time the P4 comes out (which is what most Osteer players seem to be going at the moment). A T-70 and a T-34 (using Ram) or 2 T-34's are a legitimate counter to a Panzer 4 rush. After that you want to get out Tier 4 and the SU-85 for your anti-tank and use the T-34's to chase off infantry.
Good patch. Still have used the M3 to effectiveness. Mortars are still useful and so far the 4 man weapon crews haven't been an issue (and let's face it, the pak badly needed a buff)
@Crells. He said he recommends going another building because you won't have AT. Makes sense right? You can go tier 4 if you want.
In CoH 1 if Americans went T1-T2 they would get slaughtered by a puma. Just the same as if Soviets go T1-T3 they have a hard time with the P4 (although it is still counterable using these tiers - 2xT34, T34 + T-70, Combination of units with call in troops).
