Thread: Argentan Crossroads feedback. 9 Jan 2013, 15:03 PM I a noob in balance matters , But , I feel the art work can be improved quite a bit . eg:- the spline width's could be scaled (to match the tracks of the trucks/ Vehicles tire width instead of the vehicle itself ) , The plowed fields (They could be sectored ) - Or , If it was planned as a kitchen garden , some plants would help get the feel , also the splines should idealy merge into the back ground - at parts you can clearly see the background green even after the splines have been placed .. Then , these are thoughts of just watching the replays of SNF , don't have the WB to look into it in detail , Thus , would apologize to the maker if my remarks are misplaced In: Map Sharing

All mappers could upload their creations there , some level headed members could check on the map for - Design , Artwork and balance and send notifications to the mappers - Accepted , Rejected ( with reason ) & Seek revision (Balance / Design / Art work) . And all accepted maps could be put for downloads .This way at-least the mappers work would be understood and sometimes recognized . P.S. I know it would require a lot of work and there would be little takers for the idea . Its worth a try though In: Mapping Discussion

All are different people with different reasons to play the game . Thus , Having an option for players & forcing and option on to players are 2 different things .Which way would relic lean ? Now , The way in which the mirror match-ups would be enabled will be interesting to see . Statistics - Data would make the call eventually Note:- another example of WW2 styled games with mirror match ups is "World of Tanks"(its not an RTS, But balance and this relevant question is also real to them ) - I remember a similar debate for an against in the forums at the start of closed beta .
