Thread: Panzerfusiliers "Dispatch" Ability10 Jul 2014, 03:38 AM So the cooldown on all of the unit's abilities? Or on the "Dispatch" ability? If it's the latter, then my question still stands, what is this ability? If it's the former, then it's poorly worded. it makes it sound like an ability in and of itself. In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: The Big Control Conundrum8 Jul 2014, 16:50 PM You probably already know this, but you can also hold down the middle mouse button(scroll wheel) and drag the map around. I typically left click the mini map to get to the general area I'm concerned with and then middle mouse-drag to adjust. I never move the mouse to the edge to navigate, unless I'm already near the edge. But then again, I kind of suck....So take this all with a grain of salt. Though I think my suckitude has more to do with my inability to multitask than with my map navigation. In: COH2 Gameplay
Thread: Use of Flak Half-Track?6 Jul 2014, 15:03 PM If you skip OKW T2 (Battlegroup HQ) and go right to T3 to get the halftrack, I think it's a good early game shock unit. Good combination of suppression and damage. Of course, you'll need to back tech to T2 eventually and without the early benefit of healing you get from T2, you'll have to play a little conservatively with your infantry. This is the one strategy that I've had success with as OKW (but admittedly, I'm not very good). In: OKW Strategies

Is the chance affected by the Conscripts proximity to the vehicle? And if the Conscripts are behind the vehicle, I assume it's a 100% of hitting the rear (but not necessarily a 100% of penetrating)? Grena have to slowly walk up to what they're fausting which usually gets a model or 2 killed. True...that does explain the range difference. And I'm sure there are dozens of other arguments you can make how the units balance out in the end. Thread: AT Nades Vs Panzerfausts18 Nov 2013, 14:14 PM I've been incorporating some big call-in tanks into my Soviet play lately, specifically the IS-2 from the Shock Infantry commander. In recent games, I've taken four panzerfausts to the IS-2's frontal armor four times, and every time it penetrated and caused engine damage. Compare this to the countless AT Nades I've used in an attempt to slow down a Tiger (many of them from the rear) which might have been successful maybe 20% of the time. Do fausts have a higher chance to penetrate than AT Nades? And if so...why? Don't they already have longer range? Or is this more about a difference between the armor of the Tiger vs. the IS-2?
