Thread: WIP First CoH2 map14 Nov 2013, 09:44 AM interesting approach. What's the size of that map? From the drawing it looks like bases might need to be a bit bigger, but hard to say without knowledge of the dimensions. Also, take care with too sophisticated terrain height shapes. Weapon aim doesn't take this into consideration properly. So, AT gun shells might hit the ground too often. Anyway, looking forward to see what you come up with. In: Map Sharing

Do you know if the factory/samples I extracted are somehow not available in list? (specifically, I made it a 4-6 player map & made it no ice.) Maybe still the export package bug from the Beta. You can't export a map successfully unless you restart worldbuilder after saving your last changes. So, make your map, save it. close WB, restart worldbuilder, then export package. Does one unit in map size actually roughly represent a one meter? On the setup screen, where you pick the dimensions of your map it says "Cell Size: 1.0 m", that's why i think it is indeed the correct dimension to use. Thread: [FINAL] Lemberg Fall 194413 Nov 2013, 21:31 PM Looks good. But you'll probably run into economy problems. In CoH2 strategy sectors also produce munitions and fuel. The economy has been optimized for 10 SPs, 2 fuel points and 2 munitions points. I count 15 SPs on your map, which will probably result in inflationary teching and ability usage. Maybe it's a direct conversion from a CoH1 map? I suggest redesign the sectors slightly and get rid of 5, maybe 4 SPs. Merge the 3 VP sectors with one of the adjacent SPs and you're already rid of 3. Thread: (2-4) Crossing in the woods13 Nov 2013, 18:57 PM can you guys make screenshots of the specific areas, where you think the ground textures are unsharp? I've got the opposite feedback by Marcus and Spanky, who tell me that the groud textures are more sharp on my map than on some stock maps. So its a bit contradictory in general.
