IS is much better mortar vs mortar emplacments....emplcament isnt only much cheaper than 2 mortars.it hoild the areas much better than the ost mortars pak40 vs 6pounder...same gun..in may fight same results snipers...will be buffed to ost performanche..while can stun armor...lol UC is unbelievable good in early game...no unit for ost at the same time and so on... Therefore, I do not understand your jokes and hints. but it's not funny if you explain it Players who overwhelmingly play one faction, regardless of which faction it is, tend to become convinced that their faction is weak and the factions they play against are strong. CoH 2 is a game of positioning and probability, so if you have a confirmation bias (you want to believe that Faction Y is overpowered) it's incredibly easy to find validation for that belief. Balance threads often devolve into shouting matches between these one-faction players, both oblivious to the fact that if you strip away the faction labels, they all sound pretty much the same. This was demonstrated at the Masters Cup tournaments. Where the USF again turned out to be the worst of all, and no one a players chose them in the final. It's less the mode and more the map. USF thrives on mobility and maneuver. For some reason 2v2 tournament organizers love Crossing in the Woods, Rails and Metal and Alliance of Defiance, where there's no room to maneuver and attrition is king. Those maps favour heavy armour, support weapon walls and rocket artillery, none of which are USF's strong suits. If you played a 2v2 on a 3v3 map, it'd be a different story. You can put the second mg behind the back of the first mg, and then even smoke will not help the enemy I only need 2% of the micro when I play the red units, because you can hit attack move and they stop and shoot things automatically! What sort of brain-dead micro-free gameplay is that? I only play the blue units because the red units are wildly overpowered and I want an actual challenge, but I'll still complain endlessly that the game is too challenging. It's a shame the Balance Team only cares about the red units and keeps trying to nerf the blue units out of the game. In: COH2 Balance

Idea is you can go stronger Conscripts earlier if you go a pure Con build at the cost of rushing LVs slower, though Soviets can go M5/Quad to compensate, or stall into T4 which means non-mass Conscript builds get stronger at end game tech. I'm not sure this fear of Mobilize Reserves coming online at T3 is warranted. PPSh and SVT Conscripts come even earlier, as does pretty much every other weapon upgrade in the game. Personally though, I'd leave it in T4 and ditch all the Conscript sidetechs. They were a good idea once, but with Penals undermining them (no sidetech needed for PTRS) all they do is a hamstring a squad that doesn't need to be hamstrung. In: COH2 Balance

The 76mm is a 75mm that swaps the 75mm's incredible HE rounds for HVAP rounds. HVAP rounds have a penetration of 220/180/165, which is on par with a Jagdpanzer IV. A pair of 76mms can take down a Panther, a boast the 75mm can't make. The 76mm is a good tank, and definitely worth picking up with you're playing Soviet Lend Lease. But if you're playing Mechanized? Not so much. As a generalist, it faces stiff competition from the Dozer upgrade (which gives the Sherman 75 the durability stats of an Easy Eight) and as dedicated AT it's outclassed by the Jackson. I think you'd see more of it if you moved the Bulldozer upgrade to another commander. Reserve Armour has a weird antisynergy with itself. In: COH2 Balance
