Double elim grand finals go like this: If the winner of the winner's bracket wins (lololol wordplay) the first Best-of-3 match, he wins the whole tournament (his opponent has now lost two matches and is eliminated). If the winner of the winner's bracket loses the first Best-of-3 match, that is his first tourney match loss, so he is not eliminated and gets another chance. They then play a second Best-of-3 to decide the grand champion. So in the case of IpKai's tourney, Barton lost the first match 0-2, but came back and won the second match 2-0, thus winning the tournament. In: Lobby

The enemy tank will disappear behind something that breaks the LoS, which prompts your tank to automatically turn your very slow moving turret at the other squad. If your tank is moving, there is no way to avoid this (attack ground while stationary would somehow do the trick to some degree). In essence, this makes it very easy to outmaneuver tanks, simply because of poorly implemented gameplay mechanics. There is just no workaround. I proposed that all units, including tanks, have a hold fire button. It would help with this situation, and it would allow a player to prevent wounded tanks from firing at unwanted times (which could reveal their position to long range enemy units, thus getting them dead). This sounds correct. I think this counts for each sector that you own, with a max of +6 ammo and +3 fuel. So if you own at least 3 sectors, all of your trucks will be hauling in at their maximum potential. Did anybody try 2 trucks on one point? lulz In: COH2 Gameplay

Thread: Opel Blitz Truck22 Apr 2013, 15:33 PM I'd like to know more details here. It seems like there are still some blanks to be filled in. The in-game graphic just complicates things, because it's buggy. It gives two read-outs on top of each other and even a little icon at the bottom with +this and +that everywhere. From a replay I just watched it seems that the truck is giving between +1 and +3 fuel and between +1 and +6 munitions (depending on how many sectors you own) every 20s, no matter which sector it's placed upon (not including VPs, which give nothing). And ofc, it doesn't matter whether the truck is in the capping circle or not, it can be anywhere in the sector. In: COH2 Gameplay
