Thread: GCS Balance Preview1 Apr 2017, 07:50 AM It's an April fools joke. Plus they're nerfing the Brits into oblivion without the adjustments they need. The mortar pit just has to go, and be replaced with a mobile mortar and the pit itself turned into a garrisonable emplacement. If that is done, and the Brits are provided with a mobile in-direct fire unit that's not doctrinal and cost fuel, I will be happy with them. Until then, these are just plain nerfs to the only Allied Army that can stand up to the Axis right now. How do I know this? The amount of bitching that the Axis are OP again on the forums, it was the other way around before the patch. In: Lobby

I mean salvage is not unique anymore, both Soviets and UKF got it, and OKW doesn't have a unique resource system anymore, so apart from OKW's salvage not being doctrinal like the Allied ones, I don't see any reasonable reason why OKW should not be allowed to build resource caches. But yes, the lack of an early T0 MG and the resource caches are the things that are most noticable in an all OKW team, I can definitely 100% agree with that. In: COH2 Balance

Every faction has counters for it and unlike Brit emplacements they actually work well. It is easily destroyed and loosing it comes close to loosing the game because you can´t build tanks (other than call-ins) and lost 120 fuel. Compare that to loosing a cheap Bofors. So what, we should fight WW1 style in WW2 with 2 camping sides, the OKW with their truck bases and the Brits with their emplacement bases, and cry for whoever loses to Arty first because they can't repair their god damn sim city in time. STOP fucking comparing BULLSHIT and actually suggest a way to fix this shit. If you want less WW1 stalemate warfare then make the Armies more mobile with less options to just camp. And emplacement camping is basically in the British core design, THEY ARE BUILT AROUND USING EMPLACEMENTS. MAKE THEM LESS RELIANT ON FUCKING EMPLACEMENTS. Does the solution need to hit you in the face in order for you to recognize it? Are we all this daft? Are Relic this daft? God help us all. In: COH2 Gameplay
