I have a virtual dub editor and I need to change the size of a video from 1080X852 to 1020X650. How do I do that? |
They need to remove the received accuracy penalty when using this ability because your RE's will just drop like flies when its active.
In competitive mod I believe the change was already made, hopefully it gets put in the main game.
I think there should be another buff and possibly the 20ammo price decrease to 0ammo, but the penalty is a nice thing which forces them to cooperate with someone who draws fire |
I like this except for the commissar. It should work like he selects only one unit to support which gets a really strong buff, aura would reward blobbing |

Yeah, it sometimes gets frustrating, but most of the time, there is nothin what could be done about it. Can you imagine how ridiculously boring the game would be if you would see two infantries aproaching against each other and be instantly able to tell "OK, player two will win but lose two models, if player one doesnt retreat on time." This is exactly why I nearly stopped playing older RTS games immidiately after learning about Man of War and Company of Heroes series
After all, the RNG can let someone get away with occasional sc%rew ups, but never lets an unexperienced new-blood player win against veterans.

Another, but extremely tricky and hard to pull-off thing is well timed smoke covering someone who places a democharge and then shoot that demo-charge (do not detonate by the button)- it will one-shoot the truck. Soviet engiees can heroicly stand right on it to make it shoot itself

It would play almost exactly like OKW but without mobile base buildings; really don't see the point. The only thing I think a new CoH2 faction should take from PE was the choice in vet (defensive vs. offensive).
?? The only thing which OKW has in common with P.E. is a car which can cap.

Twas a hell of an overexageration, but some of the Soviet stuff sucks hard. For example mainline infantry, which gets once again replaced in its role. Rate of fire increase would be really deserved. Then there is Zis At gun which cant hit a damn barn from inside of that barn. M3 and the mortar are bad jokes for their cost, maybe if the mortar could garrison the M3 it could work a bit.
But nobody actually cares for these units because Penals, Flame engies, Guard with occasional sniper support works well enough until T34 blob arrives |
I doubt we get a new faction, but its a pitty because we still have room for some faction which has every teamweapon in form of halftrack and for some faction where all three levels of vet unlock new abilities instead of just vet1.
And its a mystery why didnt they give some of the factions the Pz Elite system of vet |
