Please try to read dude. I never said or showed that i don't like the people who disagree. I thanked people who didn't agree for their CONSTRUCTIVE feedback. And i even apologized to momo bcs i laughed at him bcs i thought he posted something that was wrong which was actually right. It makes literally 0.0 sense what you are saying

honestly it makes me think to the way hitler dealt with jews & communist in 1936 : say they want to destroy everything because communist & jews are evil, so that he could destroy them freely later..

Definately agree with you on this point, DEVM is the one who got a bugsplat.
He got this (because ?) he refused to restart his computer before start of the game (as told by rules and repeated by referee), so why would VONIVAN have to suffer the consequences of a DEVM mistake ?



Still it's not obvious for some people, but you are indeed absolutely right.

Vonivan provided us some very interestig UNEDITED picture of their chat between AE, him, DEVM and another referee.

I simply took 3 lines of this chat, but it's just like that all the way (see VonIvan post for more details) :

• Does it seems fair ?
  
• Does VONIVAN has to suffer the consequences of a DEVM mistake ? (refused to restart computer before round 4)
  
• Is that fair when in a 4 men chat, 3 of them have made their decision and VONIVAN is alone to defend his position ?

Like serious, why are you making this shit up? Even if you look at the chat devm never said that, he actually agreed that we should restart. He refused to restart after the bugsplat because everybody was blaiming him for the bugsplat while he can't do ANYTHING about it. VonIvan didn't suffer from the decision, he benefited how many times do i have to say please use your brain

Some rules said explicitely that the man having BUGSPLAT should be considered as the looser, which is what happens in ALL the other sport as explained by VONKLUGE

Honestly, i think that mistakes were made during the decision making,
i hope this kind of constructiv feedback can help to make future better but i definately think that VONIVAN should get COMPENSATION for all these reasons.

In my opinion, victory should be granted to VONIVAN and round 5 should be done AGAIN but this time without giving to DEVM all these advantage.

You aren't posting constructive feedback, the only thing you are doing is making up things.

-devm didn't refuse to restart
-vonivan didnt suffered from the bugsplat
-vonivan didn't get shut down in chat
-there is no rule that explecitily says that the man having a bugsplat is the looser

Yes i mis understood the rules about the bugsplat and thats why i first said something else. I thought that the one bugsplatted would get the lose, but this wasnt what ae ment with the rule. My mistake and ae and i already talked about it. But in the end it doenst matter. You all werent there in the chat and nothing was ment hostile and no rules got bend into anyones favor and neither did my opinion changed during the conversation. I always said that von according to rules should get win bcs i thought that the rules were like that but i personally was in favor of giving devm the 3-1 bcs it was so freaking obvious he won that game. A_E came in and actually saved vonivan bcs i was on the point of saying devm won. A_E got back to the rules and pointed out his opinion and saved the day for von and kept to the rules.
My point is, from the beginning on and i said that a few times, A_E saved VonIvan. He didnt effect the decision in a bad way for von, but in a positive one. And when i look back at it now, i think this was the best decision or a replay. But the final decision was basically the same but with only more risk for devm. I support A_E and he did a very good job.
If anyone wants to be a ref for future tournaments send me a PM and you can give it a try and see how you do in difficult situations (im serious here, you can pm me if you want)
