Thread: Lost all squad_action_apply data?8 Apr 2016, 08:54 AM Lets me explain the way I did it: In my Volksgrenadiers off map: x1 LMG34 Veterancy level 1 (veterancy level 1 is about 800 points) x6 team members I have only one (1) ebps I mod in my action apply extension (of my ebps) Veterancy action: 135. Then 135 x 6=810 Slot item add: slot_item\german\small_arm\machine_gun\light_machine_gun\ger_lmg34_item This is my ebps, now must set in you sbps: Squad item slot: number of slots: 1 And do not forget the slot item of the lmg34: Slot item size: 1 Then your squad will appear with vet1 +x1LMG34 If you play with those values you will have what you want. Btw, relic also block other stuff in the action apply ext of the sbps files. For example, I needed to move things like my tank commander data for the ebps file. Why relic did that ? Thread: Open hatch animation for T-34/856 Apr 2016, 23:04 PM Hi guys: I am working on a spotter for my T-34/85. I succeded to obtain an animation of the spotter "on the top of my turret". My actual problem with this particular unit is to have the animation of the open hatch. Here a screenshot: As it can see, the spotter appear but the hatch is close. I can not finde the animation for the open hatch in this model. I try the animation for the ISU 152 and SU85 but I failed. I tried the follow configuration: Add_crew_action Crew_name: Spotter Animator_set_state Apply_to_leader_only: False Do_action_state_name: on Retrigger: False State_machine_name: turret_spotter_state undo_action_state_name: off With those values the spotter appear correctly. I also modded the abp file of T-34/85 to support the spotter I tried the animator set state of ISU152 and SU85 This animation open the hatch for these models but not work on T34/85 Animator_set_state Apply_to_leader_only: False Do_action_state_name: active Retrigger: False State_machine_name: focused_sight undo_action_state_name: inactive Btw, I used the tutorial of Eliw00d about animations but I couldnt solve my little problem. The idea is to recover the resources from them and have a more realistic ability. I do not remember to saw something similar on vanilla game then I have two question: a. If I gives 0.5 penetration multiplier, it will affect Rear and frontal armor in the same way. My question is if there is a way to be more specific in this matter. Thank you in advance. Thread: Armor Front/Rear and Penetration values. 26 Mar 2016, 14:09 PM Hi guys I am here again with a question: Talking about tanks: I am trying to give more realism to my mod. I already moded armor/penetration/damage of weapons for tanks. I have decent values and the tank battles are pretty decent but not good enought. Lets me explain myself better: I can edit: Ebps file: . Armor rear/front . Hitpoints Weapons: . Damage max/min + criticals on penetration . Deflection damage . Penetration near/mid/far . Target type table to set specific damage/accuracy/penetration/suppression to an spedific unit All this things are good but I am having problems to be more specific about weapons and his penetrations. An example in my mod: Chruchill MK VII 75 AP round vs Tiger armor Penetrations: Churchill MKVII 75mm AP far:45/ mid:60/ near:75 Armor Tiger Frontal Armor: 300 Penetration coefficient: far:0.15/ mid:0.2/ near: 0.25 These values are too high for this unit in particular. Works ok with other tanks but I want to reduce those values specific for the frontal armor of my Tiger. I could increase the frontal armor but all the weapons in the game will be affected by this change. Then my question is: Is there a posibility to modify the weapon penetration for an specific unit and also for frontal armor or rear armor ? Because right now the tool is not specific in this point.
