What purpose does this doctrine have other than allowing a cancerous volksblob strategy and making obers behind cover unstoppable? This is just what it looks like to me on paper. I dont know the details of your plans for "Bolster Squads" but if Obers and Volks can still get their weapon upgrades with it, it would be just ridiculous. This ability is the only issue I see, the rest seems fine and solid to me.
-Exclusive infantry upgrade, meaning no weapon upgrades. The design is to promote durability rather than damage. And with some damage bonuses behind cover, blobing would not be very effective.

- 5 man squad (can be bolstered up to 6)
- Retains all Royal Engineers abilities
- Can not be upgraded with heavy engineers

- Infantry in cover gain increase sight range
1 CP: Opel Blitz Supply Truck
- Same as the Ostheers
2 CP: (Passive) Bolster Squads
-Exclusive infantry upgrade
-Increases squad sizes by one
-Available for Volks, Strumpioneers, and Obers
-Strumpioneers can still upgrade with the minesweeper
-Infantry in cover gain a cool down bonus
4 CP: Recoup Loss
(partial refund on dying infantry)

I would like to see the Short barrels reworked. Potentially like the M8 scott without shooting over walls. Slow moving projectiles in an arching pattern.

At 3 CPs They can not really be spammed which would allow them to be a bit more stronger when compared the rest of the Ostheer Line up

I would like to seed the Command Panzers balanced towards to act like a OKWs Panzer 4 rather than a Short Barrel

- Health Increases to 800 from 160
- Uses Long Barrel
- Can not be upgraded with a Pintel
- Uses the Officer Animator
- Aura now applies Cooldown bonus instead of Damage Resistance
- Able to call in Coordinated Fire like the Assault officer

- Can be upgraded with SMGs (1 PPsh, 1 MP 40, 1 M3 Grease Gun, 1 Sten, 1 Thompson, all equal)
- Or can be upgraded with AT rifles (1 PTRS, 1 PzB, 1 Boys, AT rifle)
- Can lay mines, wire, flare traps, and Demo charges
2 CP: PMD-6 mines (Partisan fighters can lay as well)
4 CP: Booby Traps (Partisans fighters can lay as well)
If I remember correctly the stuka halftrack does have animator slots for passengers though you can not remove the rocket cages. I could be wrong though.
