The panzer commander cost 30 muni is doctrinal and gives you a 6 los buff and the abillty to call down a 120 muni 4 shell arty that takes 11-12 to land while the tank commander cots 25 muni gives you 10 los buff, 10% more accuracy, 20% faster vet gain, can detect units in camouflage from 20 range.
Its clear that these abillites need to be balanced out. There is no reason to go for the panzer commander over the mg since the buffs it gives are bad for a doctrinal abillty and the offmap can be avoided withe ease due to its long time to hit and small aeo.
I would say that the tank commader is op for that price and the bonuses it gives.

give them 4 g43s from start an increase the mp cost maybe and reduce the xp needed to vet up |

Oh jeez, I just realised that Grenade buff effects Falls and Obers too. I am having terrifying thoughts of Fallschirms instapoping out of houses and wiping AT guns with the nade with no chance to react.
the same goes for insertion commandos. |
Kv1 is rubbish, lacks firepower against infantry (specially AT infantry) lacks firepower against tanks, lacks armour/hp to be a meat shield, not spamable.
b4 has a humongously huge scatter, it extends way further than the aiming reticle of the unit.
For Mother Russia is not enougth to save the doctrine, and overall in late with the current soviet infantry is not really that useful, its more like a amunition burn. (it could use some audio, it feels bad without urrahs or battle cries)
can you now tell us how good the falls doc is? how everything in it is super great? and how all that makes up for a overpriced abillity?

no copying of units. they should try to make commanders unique not a remix of abillites.

+25% accuracy, squads will sprint VS Standard Infantry: +0.5 armor, +50% accuracy, squads will sprint + Team Weapons: +0.5 armor, +25% accuracy to AT guns, Mortars, and all artillery.
+50% accuracy to HMG's
they have the same cost and cps but not the duration or the bonuses. the VA lasts for 30 sec and FMR 60 sec
