Thread: Flacktrack29 Jul 2015, 20:47 PM I don't play a lot of USF, most ballistic weapons in game have an attack ground option ergo I assumed despite not using it a lot that it had attack ground option because it has an explosive/ballistic attack with it's autocannon. I was wrong, but I guess that obviously warrants snide shitty comments. Stop spreading around bullshit. I am 100% sure you cannot attack ground with the USF AA HT. See this? Fuck off with this. I'm mostly right (nobody is ever always right except maybe cruzz) but every time I'm wrong people go fucking nuts like it proves anything other than people are sometimes wrong. For AI the Ostwind is way better, for AT the StuG III Ausf G is way better. PIV loses to T34/85 so what is the point of the PIV? It's a bit less vulnerable than the others I mentioned but not by much. Soviet AT still has guaranteed penetration on its frontal armor (or extremely high penetration chance) and so we are talking about it being able to take a couple more hits is all. Ostwind has better mobility too so in some ways it's more survivable. EDIT: I will say this. As a FIRST tank only it is useful because it is more versatile - but there's little point to getting additional stock PIV's once you've started building up your armored force. In: COH2 Balance

I would gladly trade the smoke on the Flaktrack for better mobility or just more raw endurance. It would also be awesome if it could be upgraded with skirts. Generally when I make Flaktracks if they survive (god willing) the opening of the game I just stick them behind my lines to shoot down planes. In: COH2 Balance

Cost is directly related to performance (which is why something that is mediocre can excel if it's cheap enough). Imbalance derives itself from mechanics, cost, and availability (all three related things but still distinct). For example the KT costs a lot, preforms well, but is inefficient. In: COH2 Balance
