Shock Rifle is GREAT against OKW. KV8 owns volkblobs, shocks own OKW infantry, and IS2 provides late game meat. Get SU76 and Zis while you hold out for IS2 Let's be honest; Shock Rifle is GREAT vs Everyone! Seriously it hits every box, elite infantry, off map strike, and two heavy tank call ins. Maybe could support a cheapening of fuel on P4 since they cost similar to 34/85 and aren't very close to being as good In: COH2 Balance

However it wouldn't need a large buff just enough that it can reliably penetrate other mediums at close range or rear armor all range. I agree it deflects a ridiculous number of shots to the point I never get it anymore. Ostwind could use small buff also because it's not as effective as it should be at blob control but it would need a cost increase with that. In: COH2 Balance
Thread: New Panzerwerfer25 Sep 2015, 22:03 PM Katy is still a little better I think because of fires several barrages bit with its scatter nerf and the panzerwerfer buff it's actually a close call. If you want to blast a moving blob I would pick werfer with its high density damage and blob will retreat after first impact anyway. If we are talking VP denial or targeting static positions then Katy is better In: COH2 Balance
