Thread: Is STG44 upgrade on Storm trooper worth the cost?23 Oct 2014, 17:22 PM I upgraded STG44 on stormtroopers and when sitting in building firing at from all 4 windows they couldnt finish a shock troops that closed in. other than shocks its ok vs LMG RF squads and airborne. but is the 100 Munition worth it as panzer grenadiers come equipped with the same weapon i believe. the tactical movement ability on stormtroops is actually better in moving away than closing in vs shocks. the best ability of stormtroops so far is when you get them shrecks they get vehicle detection for 30 secs which is extremely handy. You WILL get flanked and then run the risk of losing precious team weapons (mgs or Mortars) and youll have no proper territory of your own behind that. Honestly Ass.Grens suck. Period. If they had the STG44 assault rifles the Panzergrens have, then they would be very viable (sort of the German version of the soviet shocktroops). As is, the pea shooters they come equipped with scare no one. Heres an Idea: Raise the initial cost, give em STGs, drop to 3 XP points unlock requirement. DO NOT give em shrecks , if the cost is lower than Pgrens (say 300mp) , then you have an alternative close range unit at early -mid game. or jsut keep them as it is and jsut give them a smoke ability like shocks unlocked at vet1 taht would be awsome OR add a buff while they are sprinting so they take less damage. Once he moves, the reinforce option goes away. Shhhhh some things are meant to be secret it doesnt go away you can basically walk around it till it pops backup or even get into it. but only the squad that builds it can reinforce I have even reinforced from a flak emplacement (Strumpios) this way and volks bunker can reinforce teh volks squad but its not worth it to tr and find the location where the reinfoce pops up. Thread: 1 angry jackson with p47assit = jagtiger kaput20 Oct 2014, 15:45 PM I dont play airborne often as its micro intesive and im still new this is my first airborne match against player Highlights : 1) Strum pio spam punished with early M20, (he gets only strummis like 6 or 7 of them) 2) To my surprise a Japanzer arrives but eats my M20 mine and i finish it off with AT gun 3) after that my inexperince gets the better of him as i dint expect Strummis everywhere i loose lot of lone RFs 4) Panzerfussilers start to turn the tide and my sherman bites the dust as i get cocky 5) from here on he gains upper hand and i loose map control --------AND THE FINALE-------------- 6) he calls in jagtiger , i had 1 jackson waiting for this moment i send it in a flanking route push with AT gun and call n p47.. JAGTIGER KAPUT 7) now we are even but i give up as i was exausted In: Replays

There's a reason USF players go airborne every single game now. i cant deny a statement from top tier player, But ive noticed a lone rifle squad is bad but 2 of them together are really really good i dont know how but there are several instances where i have managed to win against 1 volks vet3 and 2 panzerfussilers vet2 (without G43) at mid range with 2 RF squads in vet 2.
