I've been wondering about the war spoils system, does it matter what difficulty level, online, multiplayer, single player skirmish or something else that gets you more war spoils? Thread: Best Ostheer commander for aggressive playstyle?15 Sep 2014, 13:03 PM Luftwaffe Supply and Elite troops look nice for this purpose. Mechanised Assault might work too, AssGrens dont have AT, so they need some AT-support allways, when sending them capturing points, that part i dont like, stug gets easily flanked by T34/76 I'd still want that Assault Support, it looks the best for me (i'm playing 1vs1). But now coz i dont have it, i need to adapt to those what i do have and can buy . If i'll go attacking with Tiger Ace, what should i acomppany with it (of course this depends what you're up against, but like in general). What Soviet tank it can be compared with? Does it own IS-2 or those T34/85's if not getting flanked? That's very sad to hear, that T4 is still not worth to tech,some cool stuff there Thanks for the tips guys, as i look at the Ostheer Commanders. In: Ostheer Strategies
Thread: Best Ostheer commander for aggressive playstyle?15 Sep 2014, 11:12 AM Hello! Well, the topic allmost says it all, but i do have few other questions too. I'm not much of a fan of any kind of artillery, i just want to go straight to the action (fast teching to tanks). What commanders do you prefer for this kind of playstyle? And a build order would be much appreciated too, dont know if there's a diffrence in build order, neither you play against Soviets or USF? PS. I havent got the Assault Support doctrine, still waiting to get it from war spoils, coz it doesnt unlock anymore when you reach a specific level (currently at level 59). PPS. Oh yes, and now because of the new patch, are panthers worth the huge amount of fuel? In: Ostheer Strategies

Both Soviet openers (besides cons) counter rifle spam but USF T2 will rape clown cars. As for maxim spam, rifle company to T3 is the way to go. Rifle smoke will shutdown maxims and riflemen can kill maxim gunners before they start firing if they get in close. Soviet infantry is a paper tiger against USF. USF will obviously play a very heavy early/mid game. Late game, E8 will wipe all Soviet armor except ISU and IS2, but it should never get to that point. In any case, 2 E8s can parry a tiger ace so they should perform adequate versus IS2 if USF has a lasting early game edge Now we're talking Thanks for your tips theblitz6794! USF isn't meant to be played against soviets so it's simply unbalanced. May some Jackson might work, who knows. Oh man, that's sorry to hear. I just got excited with them and my big brother plays allways with soviets, so then i'm screwed I'm ok with Wehr against him, but we didn't buy WFA for nothing. USF works great as a support faction in 2vs2,3vs3 etc. with their artillery. In: US Forces Strategies

How do you counter the typical start(fast M3A1 and T34/76's)? I'm a Wehr/OKW player, but i just got interested to play with USF and got addicted to them because of their versatile arsenal , they seem a lot of fun, but the problem is the start and the late game (T34/85's, IS-2). How you guys deal with those? USF can get alot of zooks, but i've read and also tried myself them and they're not costworthy atm. Regards, Flail In: US Forces Strategies

I'm thinking of re-installing the whole game, i dont have any major buffs from war spoils, i dont even play USF or OBKW anymore. I wonder what will happen if i do that, will everything what i've earned disappear or are they stored somewhere in steam? Tried this one, everything is safe in steam so i could make another account and start all over again or just try to get it in war spoils, sucks . In: Ostheer Strategies
