Thread: PanzerFaust and T1 building 24 Nov 2015, 14:40 PM i don't like faust being tied to t1 because i can't skip the t1 building if i go osttruppen spam. i'm not sure what, if anything, fausts should be tied to though since with grens it doesn't make a difference and it's not a significant slowdown to teching with osttruppen. Which means that side armor isn't really something you want to show, since it has a 50% change of being rear armor hits, just as showing the rear does. the please, don't mention it; it throws people who don't know that off. it's not necessarily 50% either, depends on the angle of the tank. plus you can always keep the rear half behind cover to mitigate it. Thread: Another pathing/unit whinge24 Nov 2015, 07:30 AM whinge! are you Australian or British? on a more serious note, the pathing is pretty bad. the british tanks are supposed to be better though; anecdotally i don't remember running into any really bad issues with them. i'm not entirely sure what would cause thirst situation unless it's a custom map and someone accidentally painted "block pathing". i know height will fuck up weapons but i don't think there's any kind of slope limit for infantry pathing; units teleport just fine off the end of destroyed bridges. i don't really get what your issue is in the second one as the squad should have stopped moving when ordered to attack. if they were right next to the tank they probably didn't fire because the tank was moving and didn't let the pause to aim; that's not a bug. Thread: Brits preventing the players from enjoying the game24 Nov 2015, 06:31 AM building grabbing is less of an issue in 1v1 games but it's a big issue in team games and it's not just brits that do it. brits have the vickers, soviets have the maxim, and OKH has the mg42. it's also faster to use your starting unit to grab the building ad then stick the mg in once it get's there. OKW is particularly good at this because spios beat everything else. In: COH2 Balance
