Thread: ISU-152 vs IS-2?5 Jan 2016, 08:16 AM IS-2 is the straight forward choice but on open maps the ISU can really pay off. avoid changing the shell types a lot, that's another 11 seconds it's not firing on top of the reload. if there's a lot of armour then leave it on AP, it'll still wipe squads occasionally; otherwise leave it on HE to wreck infantry. the ISU also works very well with a pair of SU-85s as they will spot for it and protect it from attacking tanks.
