ISU has significantly better AoE falloff as well. |
maxim weapon is unaffected by suppression or pinning afaik. the squad can't move but they get the damage protection and still fire fine. |
guys... you're not understanding how armour works. a front armour of 180 (or less) means the shrek is always going to pen. 181 would be a tiny, tiny chance to bounce.
pen/armour=chance |
the pop could just be removed. it would give US up to 3 free units but i don't see that making a significant difference. |
i love the major. one of my favorite units in the game. i park him back a ways in a corner with the ambulance and shift him around when i need to. reinforcing around him does suck though, particularly since the ambulance can't do it in a contested territory. |
fuck no, the main gun is already better than the V. it's an AT gun on wheels, not a generalist medium tank. |
guys, it's not that hard.
brand new, factory candy paint tank
infantry snare: 80 damage, engine damage
riegel/made-in-america(tm): 400 damage, immobilized (not sure why they have immobilized and engine destroyed, the outcome is the same)
teller: 500, engine damage
tm-35/asian mine: 200 damage, engine damage
field applied camo and bullet decals tank:
infantry snare: 80 damage, engine damage
riegel/made-in-america(tm): 400 damage, immobilized
teller: 500, engine damage, maybe engine destroyed
tm-35/asian mine: 200 damage, engine damage, maybe engine destroyed
i think it would be worth looking into a light/medium/heavy engine damage. a faust, for example, would do light engine damage (medium on damaged tank) and mines medium (heavy on a damaged tank). the idea with light damage is that the tank isn't almost certainly fucked like they are right now with engine damage and to give people an incentive to wait before fisting. i'm not sure anything causes heavy damage right now other than bad luck and there isn't a light damage that i know of. |
Always been using classic, I cant use gridkeys without getting confused the fuck out.
of course, you have to relearn the keys. takes about a week. |
i don't think there is a single tank that can rotate it's turret faster than a medium tank can drive around it. obviously this means non-turreted tanks are worse off. |
the biggest issue with adding side armour is that all of the models would have to be edited, which would be a fair bit of artist time. the other big, but less significant matter would be adding armour tables for the side armour. i don't know if the engine would support using a single box and selecting faces (that would easily give 6 sides) and i kind of doubt it but there are still ways to add side armour. either way, it isn't going to make a significant difference to performance, just time required to make it work. |
