only certain special weapons can be dropped. specifically ones that the squad is equipped with a limited number of. PPSh is kind of the outlier there.
also, you guys seem to have skipped answering the question and went straight to dick mode. |

i've never heard this before. what kind of sounds cards is everyone running? i have an ASUS xonar running on third party drivers in my desktop, where i spend the vast majority of my time, and a realtek integrated in my laptop. |

And yet the core game hasn't changed significantly since release (I don't consider balance changes to be part of the 'core' but rather game engine, abilities, options).
Or look at it this way: how many other games would see a significant spike in users and user retention if they included an equivalent of marketplace, workshop, operations, etc?
and how many games have had situations that met your stringent definition of "core change"? i cant think of any and in general these changes happen because something was massively fucked up. |
I think 10 seconds is again too much, you could just as well just repair it fully then ( depending on the amount of damage the vehicle has suffered ).
More like an increase of the price, so you only use it when you have no other choice than saving that one tank!
so? in that situation you would repair instead and get health as well as the crit. |
the thing scans slow enough that it's not great for defending against flanks either. it's basically a sighting device to let your liegs barrage FHQs and fighting positions. it's annoying when you have those but it's bad the rest of the time. any damage also seems to knock the light out, although that's not a huge issue with OKW's repair time. |
they could just have a single axis faction with a huge number of options; think soviets but with 8 tiers instead of four and you pick 3 or 4 of them. there would be overlap in unit roles but it wouldn't matter a whole lot because different units would have different costs and be in different tiers. |
i think giving received accuracy with vet (less than is currently given) but having units start with armour instead of vet would be the ideal situation. that way pen weapons, like bars, matter, but units don't become harder to pen as they vet. overall i'm not really sure what the RNG difference is between armour and received accuracy except that relic likes received accuracy more right now. |
i have maybe 8 hours in RII:TW but, iirc, hills blocked los? see, TA had that but all ballistic projectiles also used the same height map. you could build behind hills and long range low angle artillery physically couldn't hit.
i think the 34/76 should get a fairly decent armour boost. it would still have a poor gun but it would be better at tanking damage from other medium AT sources |
