Thread: Embedded of Twitch Highlight Issues28 Jun 2013, 10:52 AM Recently I was trying to embed one of my twitchtv highlight videos in this thread. http://www.coh2.org/replays/4555/nice-game-on-pripyat-winter I was unable to do this as I think the twitchtv embedded code only works for twitchtv whole cast videos and not those of a highlight form. The links are of two different compositions where whole cast videos use the /b/, whilst highlights contain /c/ within the link as per shown in the example below. Video: http://www.twitch.tv/stephennjf/b/422378860 Highlight: http://www.twitch.tv/stephennjf/c/2486331 I can embed the video fine, however the highlight I can not because it automatically slots in the /b/ rather than /c/ to my knowledge. Thread: Nice game on Pripyat Winter28 Jun 2013, 04:03 AM No Marcus I've done that but I actually think it has to do with the coding of the site. You can not embedded higlight twitchtv videos because the string they use for the twitchtv site addressing is different. Twitchtv uses /b/ for videos and /c/ for highlighting videos, however CoH2 expects every twitchtv link to be of video format. Hence it adds my number to a /b/, which is a file that simply does not exsit as it is actually /c/. An OR statement in the source code can easily fix this. I will notify the code team of this. Plenty of carnage in the game, high veterancy from both sides an a lot of tank battles. That vet3 p4 ace and howitzer manipulating the map. Favourite moment (highlight below) is where I cut off his ice retreat path with my howitzer for the perfect tank ambush! However if a new unit is emerges for DLC only and it is similiar in nature to how a Staghound impacts 2.602, then yeah we got some issues. Thread: Fix MAXIM24 Jun 2013, 08:25 AM If they increase the armour of MG42 men, I feel it would cause even more issues. Flanking conscripts/guards already do so low small arms fire damage to MG42 teams. Unless they also increase rifle smalls fire in proportion to it. Then it may work a bit better but I am not sure. I did not realise you can place more than 1 on the same sector Opels do die extremely quickly though, so if you do know they have them you can always do a quick conscript or t70 rush on them. They take like 3 seconds to pack up and move, more than enough time for an engine crit/kill. Some sectors though they could be hard to rush since its in the Ostheer vision pockets. In: COH2 Balance
