A friendly between myself and a friend. I rarely play RTS games but enjoy the setting and aesthetics of COH2.
Currently friend is 5-1 in the lead and I'm trying to analyse my play and figure out where I'm going wrong.
My own thoughts on the match:
I feel my lines were stretched to breaking point but just about managed to hold due to good mortar positioning and constantly throwing squads at the captures nearest the enemy base.
I overcommited one of my tanks (Panzer IV I think it's called), it harassed some infantry but died near the enemy base.
I think resources spending was fine but the Stukka might have been a waste. (Hard to tell if it did distract the enemy and suppress them.)
Barbed wire could have been used better in the narrow house areas but I completely forgot about it after 10 minutes.
I remembered to re-crew a fair few weapons with my Ostruppen and I feel that made a nice difference.
So, any tips/constructive criticism is welcome!
