Thread: Bans and Maplist discussion thread19 Sep 2015, 18:46 PM Most of us are not going to be playing after this weekend this is our one opportunity to have fun and enjoy utilizing the strats we have developed after many hours of practice. I do not believe banning rifle company is justified. Many players have put alot of time into practicing with this commander and to tell them that this is no longer available simply because flamers have been changed? that seems excessive. There are no blatent exploitations or overpowered units in the commander, the primary issue last tourney with rifle company was the veterancy and that has even been adjusted. I do not think this will improve the quality of the tournament or the enjoyment of the players. In: Operation Charlie Fox

Thread: Partisan SMGs19 Sep 2015, 04:49 AM I think partisans are ok for their cost as a unit all things considered since they are quite fragile and expensive, but the spawning behind line with these smgs can get ridiculous. I would suggest they adjust partisans to be a long range unit so that they can scale better after deployment but their shock value is not as high. they will still be able to take out support weapons but it won't be lightning quick and they cannot overpower infantry squads In: COH2 Balance

Thread: Countering US flamer blob17 Sep 2015, 18:02 PM Run away earlier if your not going to win the fight, save your manpower unless your going for a squad wipe or something very important eventually this will give you a bigger army and a manpower lead if you don't get squad wiped and you can outblob him. He can only have 6-7 rifles if you have 6-7 grens unless he won alot of fights already Watch casts of good players they retreat full HP units if they are gonna lose In: Ostheer Strategies

Maybe they should change it so the buff it gives doesn't apply to itself? If anything is required i would prefer this change. though i think it hasn't been proved OP yet, its pretty clearly not as good as a regular P4 aside from this buff. I think people pretty much use it only b/c they don't have to tech not b/c its like the most OP thing in the game. I don't think you would see it much if at all if there were tech costs for it. There is no way to balance such an ability with cost or time as the usually lazy and munitions rich grens will not cap or fight they will simply build their empire one free unstopable bag at a time. Thread: UKF: Apparent Weaknesses and Deficits11 Sep 2015, 23:02 PM Nice thoughts there deffinatley agree with virtually everything Two things i might emphasize though is that lack of a light vehicle to harass infantry between the bren and the centaur is pretty annoying. Additionally the manpower issue might be better if they got some more utility from their pricey base upgrades other than the howitzers which as you mentioned aren't very good They are making it easier to get the the centaur quick next patch and that might make the vehicle gap better, but it may expose the fact that the centaur is ridiculously good atm In: COH2 Balance
