OKW has excellent support with shrek'd volks, lmg obers, the recent raketen, jp4, etc. soviets on the other hand have to rely on zis guns shocks and the su85 to help support the is2. They don't even have a mirror to the shrek, and zis guns can be quickly cleared by obers. The KT shouldn't be a unit that wins the tame on its own, but rather helps to win the game with the rest of the army. In: COH2 Balance

The added reload makes it so if it gets the first shot on the soviet sniper it wins, if the soviet sniper shoots fire then it will win. It's not really much of an issue compared to say, the rest of the 1 shot squad wipe stuff that happens with Ostheer quite regularly. Thread: Over nerfed Obers31 Mar 2015, 21:12 PM fusiliers are like rifles where theyre kinda in an awkward spot where theyre better than regular infantry but worse than elites. they have a very tough time dealing with close range specialists even with g43s, and they do take awhile to vet up since they can only really damage infantry. obers on the otherhand have most of the firepower focused in one entity that lets them quickly take out models. Green/trenches/garrison will still provide damage modifiers and as i said, i don't think it's a COMPLETE removal. Pretty sure the damage modifiers are only vs explosive. Iirc units in green cover have 80% evasion Also I'm going to tell you guys now that obeys still perform well, and regain a lot of their dps at vet 2 with that 40% accuracy bonus. Also please don't forget that overs start with 30% evasion, and that they have 5 levels of vet. To the people saying that players will use other doctrinal infantry more, great! More variety in strategy. To the people saying jli and unupgraded pfuziliers will out dps obers, lmfao. Also falls are a lot squished and have their dps spread out over 4 men. Overs are still the best anti infantry squad In: COH2 Balance
