I assume this is the most efficient way to do it when you factor in how much accuracy they get with vet so the cooldown would matter more, but the base accuracy is helpful for the first shot before there is any cooldown. Oh well. I don't have enough bulletins to stack on anything else to make a difference besides three m3a1 armor bulletins. In: COH2 Gameplay
