Make you avoid bullets or reduce damage. Someone said it works by multiplying the dps from the enemy with the modifier. What do you strategists think of this build order for Ostheer? I see them as being the best faction overall. The eastern factions are the strongest at every stage of the game with a doctrinal boost(though Ost don't really need them) to them imo. I think we can all agree that 3v3 and 4v4 is bias towards the germans, so I'm not going to add a question for that.
