Two Bulletins will give you 63,654, as 3% of 61,8 are that.
Don't blame me if I'm wrong, I am too tired to think but can't sleep.
I don't even know if all the Bulletins stack but from my experiences the cheaper Volksshreck can stack so maybe this will work too.
I got 3 +10% Exp on Tigers. Do they stack too? Because this would be a pretty nice thing.
